Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
